Hair Accessory Holder

Problem

When young women move into dorms or small apartments, they realize that they have limited amounts of space to use. Therefore, they must find innovative ways to maximize their space without having the room cluttered. One of the big things that can occupy their space is hair products; such as flatirons and blow dryers.

Solution

An innovative way to maximize their space is to utilize a wall organizer. Therefore, I decided to design a hair accessory holder that would have adhesive strips on the back. This would allow the user to be able to use their remaining counter space for something more convenient.

Hooks are used to hold accessories
Adhesive strips are used, instead of a nail, to decrease damage to the walls. The adhesive strips will be placed on the back of the accessory holder.

To minimize the commute to the bathroom, a mirror will be placed inside
A heat resistant pad will be placed inside as well, for flatiron use
